Independent project controls & cost assurance
We don’t build.
We keep the record
of what was built.
Munin Partners verifies physical progress in the field, audits progress claims, and records actual cost against the work that exists — reported to the project owner, not to the contractor.
Odin sent out two ravens. We are the one that remembers.

The platform
Ten modules, one source of truth
Each module lives on its own subdomain and shares the same project data and the same sign-in. Previews below use sample data.
Project Management
pm.muninpartners.com
See the dashboard sample data, no sign-in
Document control, approval workflow, and the project register in one place. Every revision leaves a trail; every approval carries a name and a date.
- Approved 62%
- In review 24%
- Draft 14%
Engineering Deliverables
eng.muninpartners.com
See the dashboard sample data, no sign-in
Deliverable status by discipline, from IFR through IFC. Structural calculation lives here as a deliverable type — inputs, code version and author recorded — not as a module of its own.
Procurement

A late material approval is a late delivery, and the arithmetic says so in days. Purchase orders stay shut until the approval clears; every delivery note counts against the ordered quantity, and what is short stays short.
Progress Assurance
prog.muninpartners.com
See the dashboard sample data, no sign-in
Weighted physical progress against baseline, verified in the field rather than reported from the site office. Plan against actual, with deviation traceable to the activity that caused it.
Commissioning
cx.muninpartners.com
See the dashboard sample data, no sign-in
CxL1 to CxL5, equipment by equipment, floor by floor. Nothing climbs a level until the level below it passes, and no result moves without the test report attached to it.
Cost Assurance

Budget, commitment, and actuals on one balance. Earned value without copying numbers between spreadsheets.
Quality Management
qa.muninpartners.com
See the dashboard sample data, no sign-in
Inspection and test plans, witness points and non-conformance, held against the same activities that carry progress and cost — so a failed ITP blocks certification instead of surfacing at handover.
Forensic Delay Analysis
delay.muninpartners.com
See the dashboard sample data, no sign-in
Window analysis over the as-built record: where the programme slipped, which events drove it, who carried the risk. Ends in a mitigation plan built on the recovery actually available.
Resource Control
team.muninpartners.com
See the dashboard sample data, no sign-in
A programme that says “cabling crew” cannot be asked a question. One that says who can. This week, per person: what they are carrying, what is late, and which activities still have nobody named against them.
HSE Manpower Tracking
hse.muninpartners.com
See the dashboard sample data, no sign-in
Headcount captured at the gate, not typed into a daily return. Certificates checked on entry, man-hours accumulated automatically, and safety statistics computed from that same record instead of a parallel spreadsheet.
Workflow
One chain, from issued drawing to audited claim
Each step consumes the one before it. Nothing enters the cost record that was not verified as progress; nothing is verified that did not pass its quality gate; and nothing is built from a drawing that is not at IFC.
-
01
Engineering deliverables
Drawings and calculations climb IFR → IFD → IFA → IFC. Structural calculation sits here as a deliverable type, with its inputs, code version and author on the record.
Produces a deliverable at IFC
-
02
Work executed
The contractor builds from the issued drawing. Nothing is built from a revision that has not reached IFC — and if the drawing moves, the downstream record moves with it.
Consumes the IFC deliverable
-
03
Quality gate
Inspection and test plans, witness points and non-conformance sit on the same activities that carry progress and cost. A failed ITP blocks certification rather than surfacing at handover.
Gates what may be claimed
-
04
Progress verified
Weighted physical progress confirmed in the field, not reported from the site office. Planned and actual are kept apart, because the distance between them is the finding.
Produces verified quantity
-
05
Cost recorded
Commitment and actual value booked against work that was verified, not against the invoice that arrived. A forecast at completion built on what exists is one you can defend line by line.
Consumes verified quantity
-
06
Forensic delay analysis
The only step that reads all the others. Window analysis over the as-built record: where the programme slipped, which events drove it, and who carried the risk under the contract — ending in a mitigation plan built on the recovery actually available.
Reads every step above
-
One project master
Work breakdown, activities, and documents resolve to the same records across every module.

-
Actual is never merged into forecast
Munin is memory, Hugin is thought. What happened and what was expected stay apart, because the distance between them is the finding.
Who it’s for
Built for people who answer for the schedule
Project Controls
Keep baseline, progress, and cost reconciled without rebuilding the same report every week.
Engineering Teams
Track deliverables through review cycles and see which items are blocking construction.
Contractors & Owners
One shared, auditable record of what was submitted, approved, built, and paid for.

Built by someone who runs the projects
Munin Partners is the practice of Abdulloh Nugroho Alkholili, working in enterprise scheduling and project controls for mission-critical infrastructure — data centre programmes from 2 MW colocation halls to 60 MW campuses.
These modules exist because that work needed them. Each one started as a gap between a spreadsheet and what a project actually has to answer for.
